Gameroom 1

I intended to put the characters in this drawing, but the tight deadline and the crowded set got the better of me. This set was built into an existing two car garage, thus the gaming areas in the space beyond. Projected from plan and elevation.

Gameroom 2

The reverse of the previous drawing. Projected from plan and elevation.

Butcher 2

This was a full 360 set built into an existing location. Projected from plan and elevation.

Butcher 1

The exterior was a real sidewalk and vehicle, with a drop in the background. Projected from plan and elevation.

Butcher 3

This was for a comedy, and I definitely didn’t capture the joy and anarchy the scene was supposed to have! Lesson learned. Projected from plan and elevation.

Set Sketches

Below are some examples of my set drawings. Most, but not all, of these sets were first designed by set designers. Usually they work from a production designer's initial ideas, but a good set designer (like a good storyboard artist) often must produce useable work from little more than a brief conversation with their boss!

BBQ Deck

This was a deck and outdoor kitchen to be built at an existing location.
